Chocolate Eclair Torte

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 7 ounces french vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 can chocolate frosting

Directions

  1. 1. Line bottom of 9 X 13 pan with crackers
  2. 2. Mix pudding and 3 1/2 cups milk
  3. 3. Fold in 8 ounces whipped topping
  4. 4. spoon layer of pudding mixture over crackers
  5. 5. Add another layer of crackers and pudding mix.
  6. 6. Place final layer of crackers.
  7. 7. Spread frosting over the top
  8. 8. Chill for at least 2 hours.
