Rhubarb Pie
Grandma Gilles Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
Pie Filling
- 2 Cups Rhubarb, Chopped
- 1 T Sugar
- 3 eggs, Separated
- 3 tablespoons Flour
Meringue
- 1 T Sugar
- 1 T Vanilla
Directions
Pie
- 1. Cut Rhubarb into pieces
- 2. Separate Eggs and beat egg yolks
- 3. Mix in 3 tablespoons flour, 1 T sugar, and rhubarb
- 4. Place in pie pan, lined with pie crust (See No Roll Pie Crust)
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- 6. When partly cool, cover with meringue and brown
Meringue
- 1. Beat Egg Whites until stiff peaks form
