Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Cup Zucchini (Grated)
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips (6 oz)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

Directions

  1. 1. Mix 2 Eggs, Oil, 1 1/2 Cup Sugar, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla & Zucchini.
  2. 2. Mix Dry Ingredients and combine into Wet Mixture above.
  3. 3. Pour into 13" x 19" greased pan.
  4. 4. Sprinkle Chocolate Chips on top.
  5. 5. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
